As a Salesforce Consultant, you will work as part of a project team, either on our premises or directly with customers, on a variety of activities:
– Upstream, intervene in the scoping and requirements gathering phases, and develop innovative and relevant technological solutions;
– In the project phase, take charge of technical specifications, solution design and Salesforce ;
– Support deployment and application upgrades, and manage change with users.
In all these project phases, you’ll be interacting with a variety of different people: customer business teams, project teams, technical support. You will support the customer and make suggestions to ensure the success of the assignments entrusted to you.
